Alton Railroad Co. wall clock manufactured by Seth Thomas. All wood body (looks like maple) and glass in good condition. Has pendulum and key. Is missing second hand and possibly the shaft. Additionally the verge possibly gone. See Photos. Does not currently run for any extended period of time. Approximately 32" T X 16-1/2 " W X 4-1/2 " D

Seth Thomas No. 3 Oak Railroad Regulator From The Newton Highlands Station 1904. 14 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals, blued spade hands, sub seconds dial and signed with Seth Thomas trade mark; brass 8 day time only weight driven movement has pyramidal plates, deadbeat escapement, maintaining power, movement signed with Seth Thomas trademark, brass pulley and weights, ebonized wood pendulum stick and brass covered bob. Oak case has a 10 sided top with turned teardrop finials under the dial, reverse painted and gilt leaf lettered door reads Newton Highlands 1904 and has paper label in the bottom of the case; good condition and original medium red-brown finish with alligatored surface. 44 in. high x 20 in. wide x 6 in. deep.

Attr: Seth Thomas Walnut Pinwheel Railroad Regulator. 12 in. porcelain dial has black Roman hour numerals, open moon hands, sweep seconds hand and gilt brass bezel; typical weight driven time only brass movement has a pinwheel escapement, maintaining power, quality brass weight and 3 jar cut glass compensating mercury pendulum. In a carved walnut wall hanging case with tall carved crest, turned finials, rosettes, leaf carved side corbels and original reverse painted door glass with gilt lettering which reads ÂRail Road TimeÂ. In excellent condition and original finish. 90 in. high x 24 in. wide x 10 in. deep.

Oak Seth Thomas No. 17 Railroad Wall Regulator Clock. Engraved oak case, signed dial with seconds bit, Seth Thomas Railroad Standard Time, brass trim, weights & pendulum and beat scale. (There are some minor paint losses and areas that have been touched up on the dial.) Has not been tested. Sells as is, where is. 13″ dial. Ships F.O.B.
