American. 1920s. Rosewood veneer. Features a nest of 4 bells. Partial paper on reverse. Dial marked lower edge and beneath, "XII". Original finish. Some veneer loss to the front corners. This clock was running at the time of cataloguing, but its service history is unknown. From the Skip Kerr Collection. 14.25"H X 12"W X 7.5"D.

Mahogany case, silvered 6 in. dial has black Arabic numbers and black spade hands, dial is signed, 3 spring movement, has separate mechanism for Sonora 4 bell Westminster chime and 5 th bell striking the hour. In original finish, time mechanism and strike mechanisms are not running. 14.5 in. high x 10.25 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.

An early 20th century Seth Thomas No. 57 model 4-bell Sonora chime mantel clock. 8-day time and strike movement with quarter hour striking on four Sonora bells, convex Silvered dial with Arabic numerals. Mahogany case with arched top, Brass dial door with convex beveled glass on a simple molded base. Refinished with fading and some wear, significant dial wear, running when cataloged. 11 3/4" high. ESTIMATE $300-500
