Circa 1870 American Seth Thomas 8 day Wall Clock with 8″ Repapered original painted dial, Weight driven brass movement, Rare early walnut Seth Thomas No. 6 Regulator wall clock, with twin port holes in door and burl panels. Good condition with replaced finials and veneered bottom, good original glasses and excellent label, movement recently restored to good running condition. 45″H x 18″W x 5.25″D

Seth Thomas Oak Calendar Wall Regulator. 12 in. paper dial has black Roman hour numbers on the chapter ring, Arabic date numbers outside, signed Seth Thomas, has spade time hands and fancy gilt calendar hand; brass 8 day spring driven movement No. 41R, has wood pendulum stick with brass covered bob and brass beat indicator, signed with Seth Thomas trade mark. In an oak case with overhanging cornice top, large glass door panel and lower bracket; overcoated alligatored finish and has some minor veneer flaking and splitting. 35 in. high x 17 in. wide x 6 in. deep.

Has a 7.5 in. silvered dial with black Roman hour numerals, black spade hands, sub seconds dial and brass bezel; quality brass weight driven 8 day time only movement has pyramidal plates, Graham deadbeat escapement, brass pulley, weight and pendulum bob with ebonized wood stick, movement signed Seth Thomas, New York. Walnut case has a shell carved crest with carved tassels below, cylindrical turned finials, burled panels, leaf carved corbels, turned columns and teardrop finials at the base. In very good condition and original finish. 50 in. high x 17.5 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.
