The chime mechanism runs constantly and does not stop, and one of the tines is missing, while the other is detached. We recommend a service after purchase at the buyers expense. The clock is in overall good condition, with the main issue being that some of the decorative wooden portions on top have broken off. This has no effect on the functioning of the clock, and is purely cosmetic. This clock is from the collection of a lifelong military watch and clock enthusiast!
