Gilt Bronze case surmounted by a floral urn, Lion's mask handles, foliate swag, Apollo mask and shaped base. 8-day time and strike movement with convex porcelain dial and Blue Roman hour and Black Arabic minute numerals with fancy Gilded hands, serial #8414.
