Early Oak Weight Driven Tall Case Clock. Painted metal dial has 10 in. chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals and 5 minute markers outside, gilt borders, pierced nickel hands and scenic brass coin set in the arch; has a weight driven movement with steel plates & posts, recoil escapement with long drop pendulum, drop hammer strike on the hour and quarter hour on 2 steel bells at the top of the movement and 3 weights hanging on chains. Carved oak case has an arched top on the bonnet with mullions over the side glasses; has a long & thin form with carved front and sides, round viewing hole in the door exposes the swinging pendulum and stands on turned feet. Dial has paint loss and inpainting, quarter hour strike hammer has damage to the arm; missing weights. 94 in. high x 17 in. wide x 10 in. deep.

Early Morbier 2 Wt. Tall Case Clock, 3 Pc. Case: With a steel dial that has a day of month display and is framed in brass with hammered designs, the front brass plate has been reattached to a modern backplate. The strike bell is above the newer English Grandfather movement. The 3 piece case has burr wood veneer and inlaid designs on what looks like mahogany as a base. The case has a keyhole front and a drop out access door.

Early Weight Driven Banjo Clock, Time Only: it has a 6 1/2″ metal dial, solid brass eagle finial and a wood pendulum rod with heavy brass ball. One of the decorative brass pieces on the side case has “England” impressed into it. The case is mahogany and veneer. A crank style key is with it.
(There are extra holes in the backboard, down low where the weights rest.)
