Stenciled half columns and splat with fruit bowl, hand painted dial with raised gilt, reverse painted glass tablet with heart-shaped apeture, claw feet, nice label with American Eagle “Patent Clocks, Invented by Eli Terry, Made and Sold at Plymouth, Connecticut by Henry Terry”. 30 hour wooden works weight driven shelf clock. Measures approx. 30″ high x 18″ wide x 5″ deep.

Chauncy Boardman 30 Hour Wood Works Groaner Movement Shelf Clock: mahogany case with black and gold half columns, time and strike and weight driven. Stenciled splat, Capitols & Plinths. Original dial and mirror. Good interior label. Circa 1830.
