French, 19th century. Onyx open escapement mantle clock with pillars and metal capitals and molded base, porcelain dial, works marked: ht. 14, wd. 15.5, dp. 7 inches. Overall good condition.Small loss to right side ding to the onyx, see photos. Has not been checked for working order.

A Onyx mantle clock by Japy Freres, architectural form with columns and ormolu mountings, having an open face dial, clock works with Japy Freres foundry mark, CJV makers mark, serial number 7804; ht. 12, wd. 16, dp. 6 inches. Overall good condition. Not tested for working order. Key not present.

French Japy Freres Massive Victorian Mantle, Circa 1875, 5″ concave incised marble dial, 8-day, circular brass spring driven movement, ormolu mounted Belgian black marble, at one time this clock had a large bronze statue sitting on top, good condition, with minor losses to marble, movement needs cleaning. Height 9 1/2″, Width 25″.
