Seth Thomas Column and Splat Shelf Clock, acanthus carved splat, stenciled half columns, 2 wooden finials, claw feet, reverse painted glass, very nice hand painted dial with raised gold, diamond open hands, wooden works, key wind, weight driven, beautiful label “Patent Clocks, Invented by Eli Terry, Made and Sold at Plymouth connecticut by Seth Thomas”. Measures approx. 29″ tall x 17″ wide x 4 1/2″ deep.

Seth Thomas Adamantine Column Mantel Clock: Has a signed, tin, painted dial with Arabic numerals and a decorative leaf center; 8 day T & S signed brass movement; in a black wood case with black, blue and tan adamantine columns; 4 cream columns and metal three-toe paw feet; with the pendulum.
The clock is running at this time.

A mid 19th century Seth Thomas Hollow Column shelf clock. 8-day time and strike brass movement stamped "S. Thomas, Plymouth, CONN, U.S.A." with a painted wooden dial. Mahogany double deck case with shaped crest, upper door with a mirrored lower panel, flanked by turned hollow columns, over a lower door with reverse painted tablet, on a stepped base with carved paw feet. Older refinishing with minor damage, replaced paper dial, restores crest and feet, running when cataloged. 35" high. ESTIMATE $300-400

Circa 1880 American Seth Thomas 8 Day Mantel Clock with 7″ Original painted dial with repairs to paint, Original weight driven brass lyre movement, rosewood veneer case with original gilt and faux marble columns. Fair condition with flaws, veneer lacking on bottom, replaced glass. Needs cleaning. 25″H x 15″W x 5″D
