DESCRIPTION: (3Pc) Antique Italian iron mantel clock featuring a Japy Freres movement, open sculptural scroll and foliage designs throughout, inset porcelain plaques enameled with blue roman numerals, and a pair of five arm garnitures with further foliate designs.
Movement is impressed with hallmark "Japy Freres & Cie 6ue Med d'Honneur" and "391 6". Sticker at the underside "Browns Old Time Clock Shop Repair by Frank 12 – 21 – 88".

DESCRIPTION: (3Pc) Imperial brass lyre clock and candelabra garnitures composed of brass with foliage designs in relief throughout, each sits atop a variegated green marble slab and four paw form footed base; Clock has two putti fawns at opposing sides holding a rope with a wreath, window door, enamel numerals on metal, rooster head finials at the four top corners of the clock with a marble and brass urn at the center. Six arm candelabras feature double putti form handles conjoined by floral wreaths at either side, and open work rope and foliage form arms connected to center candleholders stem with removable foliage plugs.
Clock face embossed "Imperial" and enameled "Made in Italy" lower. Movement stamped "F Franz Hermle Two Jewels Unadjusted Made in Germany 130-070".

FRENCH ANTIQUE MARBLE MANTEL CLOCK & GARNITURES

Antique green and white variegated marble mantel clock with gilt metal mounts, porcelain dial, beveled glass bezel and paw feet. Sold with matching candle garnitures. Brass time and strike mechanism is unsigned. Clock measures 15 1/2″ tall to tip of finial, 9 1/2″ wide and 6″ deep at base. Candle sticks measure 11 3/8″ tall by 4″ wide and deep at base. Condition: small chips to corners, metal mounts on feet not plumb, wear to finish on metal mounts, some wear to name (at 12 o’clock) and address (at 6 o’clock) on painted enamel dial, strike accurate, presently running but will probably need adjustments after shipping. Weight approximately 21 lbs.

German/Italian Fancy Mantel Clock, Not Antique: T & S; embossed center dial with porcelain cartouche Roman numerals; has key and pendulum; works marked F>H.S. Germany; case marked “Wooden Case Made in Italy”. Has a nice look to it. Not tested.
