A late 19th century Waterbury "Oxford" model Victorian period shelf clock. 8-day Brass time and strike movement with alarm and papered metal dial with Roman numerals. Walnut mirror side case with carved crest and turned finals over a single arched door with Gold decoration on a molded base with cast mask and cherub figures. Older refinishing with minor wear, replaced dial and cherubs, running momentarily when cataloged. 24 1/4" high. ESTIMATE $200-400

Ansonia Major Hanging Mirror Side Clock: 8 day spring striking movement. Walnut case with a 6″ dial; mirror sides; metal angels and original glass door. The wood finish, mirrors and angels are original.
(Mirror and angels both have a rough look. The dial has a bit of wear and has darkened.)
