Waterbury “Halifax” Oak Wall Regulator. Original 6″ paper dial signed “Waterbury Clock Co.” has black Roman hour numerals and spade hands; pierced brass 8 day spring driven time only movement signed “Waterbury Clock Co.” has an oak pendulum stick with a brass covered bob and is in running condition. In an oak wall hanging case with a turned finial on an architectural crest over applied filigree, turned half columns on the door and lower bracket with incised highlights and cut corbels. Refinished case, good overall condition, missing 1 pendant applique at the rear of the lower bracket. 34″ high x 10.5″ wide x 5″ deep. Weight: 8 lbs.

30 Day Waterbury advertising regulator wall clock with
original 12 in. paper dial reading: “Thirty Day, Waterbury Clock Co.”, has black hour numbers, sub seconds and large hands. Brass 30 day double spring driven time only movement No. 16, with graham deadbeat escapement, ebonized wood pendulum stick and brass covered bob. The large size walnut wall hanging regulator case has a single door with advertising glass, reverse painted black with lettering in gold leaf and applied “sand” which is very unusual; advertising reads ” L.R. & W.A. Doty, Dry Goods, Carpets, Millinery, Hosiery, Fancy Goods, Notions, Crockery, Between The Banks, Main St. Catskill, NY”. Condition: Case has an enhanced original finish, missing upper left cornice piece, glass has some paint loss and flaking. 55 in. high x 19.5 in. wide x 8.75 in. deep. Weight: 31.75 lbs.

Waterbury Oak Advertising Wall Regulator. 12 in. paper dial with black hour numbers, large spade and pointer hands and advertising for ÂTwo Star 9516 Foster Ave, Brooklyn, New York; brass 8 day spring driven time only movement has brass covered pendulum bob with wood stick and signed Waterbury Clock Co. In an oak case titled ÂCrane with carved crest and door frame, reverse painted door glasses with gilt borders and lettering reads ÂRegulatorÂ. Case is refinish, glasses are new. 37 in. high x 16 in. wide x 7 in. deep.
