A turn of the century German Bracket clock by Winterhalder & Hofmeier. 8-day triple train chain driven fusee movement with quarter hour chiming on eight or four on coiled gongs, engraved Silvered dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary dials for Slow/Fast, Chime/Silent, and Chime on 8 Gongs/Chime on 4 Gongs. Mahogany case with arched molded top over a single door with beveled glass flanked by carved pilasters and fretwork side doors on a stepped molded base with carved frieze.
