A Vincent & Cie. for Tiffany & Co. regulator clock. Brass and beveled glass case. Porcelain painted face marked Tiffany & Co. Movement marked "Medaille d'Argent/ Vincent & Cie/ 1855" and "Made in France." Mercury weighted pendulum. Half and full hour chimes. 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 4 1/2".
Condition: Working order. Provenance: From the collection of Nicholas R. Burke, Washington D.C.

An early 20th century French crystal regulator originally retailed by Tiffany & Co., New York. 14-day time and strike movement with porcelain dial and Roman numerals with fancy pierced hands and "jeweled" bezel and pendulum. Gilded bronze case with Green Onyx base, beveled glass panels and applied swags with foliage. Slight wear, older repair to Onyx, running when cataloged. 15 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $800-1,200
