Seth Thomas Triple Decker Mantle Clock. Painted metal dial has a raised chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals, blued pierced hands and open center; 8 day brass weight driven movement has lyre shaped plates , countwheel strike mechanism with coiled gong, brass pendulum bob and iron weights. In a rosewood triple decker case with original reverse painted door glasses in good condition and original finish. 32.5 in. high x 19 in. wide x 6 in. deep.

(Lower door glass is cracked. Column tops and bottoms show some damage and wear. The back of the clock is split.)

Seth Thomas Triple Decker Clock: 8 day time and gong striking with original 7 1/2″ dial. In a rosewood and veneer case with gilt columns; stained interior label and original glass plates.
(The dial and painted columns are worn and not nice looking. The glass plates have some paint loss. The case’s lower left side has some veneer loss and worn finish.)
32 1/4″ and running at this time
