Seth Thomas Rosewood Shelf Clock. Painted metal dial has raised 5 in. chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals, fancy hands with letter S & T; 8 day spring driven movement No. 6 3/4, signed – S. Thomas, Plymouth, Conn. U.S.A. Â pierced brass plates, count wheel strike mechanism, brass covered pendulum bob, coiled gong. Rosewood case with turned & gilt side columns, reverse painted lower tablet (repainted), and has lower viewing bezel for pendulum. 16 in. high x 10 in. wide.

A nice all original clock with nicely grained rosewood case, original black painted columns, orig dial, Seth Thomas hands with S and T terminals, orig gilding, mirror and interior label, 16 x 11 x 4.75 inches overall. Good running condition. Running condition is not guaranteed once the clock is moved.

Seth Thomas Rosewood Gilt Column Shelf Clock: The rosewood veneered case with gilt columns has a visible, marked, T&S movement; an unmarked painted metal dial; a good interior label; 2 weights; the pendulum and key. The lower door is painted with a scene of kittens playing with a ball of yarn.
Not tested.
(The door paint is flaking. The dial is chipped. There is a small amount of veneer loss on the case.)
