Seth Thomas Column Clock: time and gong striking with a new 5 1/4″ dial. In a rosewood and veneer case with gilt capped columns and a good interior label. 1 or 8 day.
(Running, the strike ran continuously until unwound. The columns have a couple scrapes, removing a bit of the color.)

Seth Thomas Wood Works Column Clock: With a wood dial; T & S wood movement; in a mahogany veneer case with a mirrored lower door and an interior label that reads “Patent Clocks invented by Eli Terry Made & Sold by Seth Thomas”.
Not tested.

Seth Thomas Column Shelf Clock: brass weight driven movement with gong strike; a third, smaller weight controls a bell striking alarm. Rosewood and veneer case with gilt on the columns’ tops and bottoms. The columns have a yellow to gold grain style paint, which is original. The 7 1/2″ dial is original. There is a good interior label. The wood finish is original.
(The mirror in the door is a replacement. The time of strike needs adjusted.)

Seth Thomas Rosewood Gilt Column Shelf Clock: The rosewood veneered case with gilt columns has a visible, marked, T&S movement; an unmarked painted metal dial; a good interior label; 2 weights; the pendulum and key. The lower door is painted with a scene of kittens playing with a ball of yarn.
Not tested.
(The door paint is flaking. The dial is chipped. There is a small amount of veneer loss on the case.)

Circa 1880 American Seth Thomas 8 Day Mantel Clock with 7″ Original painted dial with repairs to paint, Original weight driven brass lyre movement, rosewood veneer case with original gilt and faux marble columns. Fair condition with flaws, veneer lacking on bottom, replaced glass. Needs cleaning. 25″H x 15″W x 5″D
