The first issue Moncton features a flat lower door frame and a tapered bottom, unique from later examples. Dial marked, “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Canada” on lower edge. 33.5″ x 16″ x 5″. Quarter sawn oak in original finish. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

An early version of one of Pequegnat’s high-end office clocks. Retains the correct 15-day, double main spring time only movement and Berlin-signed “Wilmot” municipal dial (flaking). (Wilmot Township, Waterloo County). Quarter-sawn oak case. Correct black stick pendulum. Measures 33 1/4 in. x 15 1/2 in.
