Miniature Cast Iron Lever Mantle Clock. 4 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numbers, crescent cutout at the top exposing the beat adjustment and pierced blued hands, hinged door bezel attached to the dial with convex door glass; brass spring driven time only movement with lever escapement is in good working condition. The iron case with mother of pearl inlays on the front. Gilt stenciling is worn from the case, bezel is reattached to the dial, has some paint loss, no inpainting, unsigned. 10.5 in. high x 7.5 in. wide x 2 in. deep.

Pomeroy, Bristol, Ct. U.S., movement is not running. In an iron mantle case in black enamel paint with gilt stenciling, red floral decoration and mother of pearl inlays.
