Miniature Bronze Mounted Marble Mantle Clock. 1.75″ porcelain dial with black hour number, painted floral garland highlights, pierced brass hands and hinged door bezel with rhinestones and beveled crystal; small round brass spring driven time only movement with cylinder escapement. In a pink marble case with bronze mounted gilt filigree, ribbon, rose and torch crest, bowed ribbons on the sides, floral basket front mount and stands on turned feet. Movement is not running, missing balance wheel, chips around winding hole, case in good condition with no damage. 7″ high x 4″ wide x 2.5″ deep. Weight: 3.5 lbs.

Marble & Dore Bronze Figural Mantle Clock. 3. 5 in. convex blue enamel painted metal dial with gilt stars and porcelain inserts with Roman hour numerals, gilt pierced hands; typical French brass 8 day spring driven movement signed LÂMarti et Cie, has an half hour count wheel strike on a bell. Case has gilt bronze figural putti with cupid holding the hand of a female figure and whispering into her ear, they lean against the timepiece in between them; on a carved white marble base with gilt bronze mounts, beaded trim and feet, signed on a metal tag inset in the back of the marble which reads ÂJ.V. et Fils Brevetes, Sgdg, ParisÂ. In good overall condition with no breaks or repairs to the marble or bronze. 12.5 in. high x 15.5 in. wide x 6 in. deep.

Marble & Bronze Eagle Ball Mantle Clock. Bronze figure of an eagle with wings spread over 4.5 in. dia. bronze sphere and on a stepped green marble base with bronze mounts. The front of the sphere is the clock dial with applied gilt brass Roman hour numerals and gilt snake hands; round brass spring driven time only movement with cylinder escapement. Oak case has an arched top with scroll carved corbel sides and fluted pilasters, ebonized inset panels are decorated with fancy inlaid silver filigree; case has applied bronze ribbon, fruit and filigree draped on top and stands on 6 bronze feet. 5.25 in. ebonized wood dial is inlaid with silver filigree, applied porcelain Roman hour numerals and brass hands; lg. round brass spring driven movement with half hour strike on a bell. Serpentine form case has an amber-gilt lacquered finish hand painted with roses and filigree throughout, front panel with a man and woman dancing in the forest as a seated musician plays; has a bronze mounted comical oriental figure of a man holding an umbrella on the top of the case with rococo filigree corner mounts and figural winged griffins on the sides. 6.5 in. brass dial signed ÂJ.E. Caldwell & Co. Philadelphia has applied porcelain hour numerals and 5 minute numbers, brass door bezel with convex crystal; round brass spring driven movement is signed with initials ÂJLF in the sails of a ship, has an half hour strike on a coiled gong. Movement is running and strike mechanism is working though the strike hammer is missing; case has 2 cracks in the front panel, has some losses to the painted finish and is missing the moldings around the top edge. 23.5 in. high x 13.5 in. wide x 6.25 in. deep.
