Oak Lenzkirch Quarter Hour Strike Bracket Clock. Brass dial has a 5.5 in. silvered chapter ring with black incised Roman hour numerals and 5 minute numbers outside, has brass filigree spandrels and a square brass door with beveled glass; square brass spring driven movement has quarter hour strike on 2 coiled gongs and a brass covered pendulum bob, signed Lenzkirch. In an oak case with gilt metal mounts at the peak, side columns under corner corbels and musical & filigree mounts below the door; brass presentation plaque reads ÂPresented To Miss Henderson, by the Vicar and Friends in Ilkeston, Christmas 1892. Movement is in running condition, case has an enhanced original finish, missing side mounts and rosettes on the side corbels. 18.25 in. high x 13.5 in. wide x 9 in. deep.

A quarter hour striking mahogany mantel clock with an arched top and round silvered and engraved dial probably by the German firm Winterhalter & Hoffmeier. Signed on the dial “Theodore Starr, New York”.

Miniature Quarter Hour Repeater Carriage Clock. 1 in. porcelain dial with black Roman our numerals and blued hands, unusual brass spring driven movement signed on the rear plated ÂNocturne and ÂBrevete, 30225 with Swiss cross, has a platform lever escapement; button on top of the case with separate spring activates the quarter hour 2 gong strike, clock strikes on demand. In a tortoise shell case with gilt washed sterling silver mounts, handle and ball feet; hinges are stamped with ÂH.A. & Co.Â, London and sterling hallmarks. Has key, running and striking, no cracks or chips in the case, gilt wash has some typical wear. 3 in. high. Weight: 0.5 lbs.

Polished brass dial has a 2.25 in. porcelain chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals and black hands (one repaired), signed in the center Bailey, Banks & Biddle, Philadelphia, below is the sub alarm dial. Quality brass spring driven movement has a platform lever escapement with good balance wheel, in good running condition; 2 coiled brass gongs for quarter hour strike and a third strike hammer for the alarm, repeater button on the top of the case and lever on the bottom for silent & strike. clock is in good running condition. 7.25 in. high x 4.25 in. wide x 4 in. deep

German Lenzkirch Quarter Striking Ormolu Mounted Oak Clock, Circa 1885, 6″ brass dial with cast spandrels & silvered chapter ring, 8-day, signed brass quarter striking movement, well appointed solid architectural style oak case, has various cast ormolu decorations, a good looking clock, and very collectible Lenzkirch maker, very good condition with minor losses to cornice, movement complete and in fine working order. Height 19 1/2″.
