An early 20th century Crystal regulator “Made By Seikosha, Tokyo, Japan”. 8-day time and strike movement with visible escapement and two part porcelain dial with Arabic numerals with a faux Mercury pendulum. Marble case with four columns, in Gilded Bronze with Cloisonné detail on the frieze, capitols and pendulum. Some minor wear, running when cataloged. 13 1/2″ high.
