DESCRIPTION: Antique Viennese silver enamel clock with sitting figure reading a novel form. Features ornate foliate engraved details with polychrome enamel and semi precious stone insets. Clock features a black Roman Numeral dial with vine engraved face, hinged case door, and semi precious stone inset bezel, completed on a turquoise inset plinth.

Art Deco continental silver plate mantle clock. Features a sculptural form of man holding a stick. Mounted to dome shaped clock, with raised Egyptian Revival motif relief bands across front and back of base. Clock is brass toned with aerobic numbers. Face of clock measures approximately 2" round. Stamped 803 to interior of bottom mount.

Case has 4 finials over columns at the corners with leaf decorated dome top, has a silver plated finish; 3.5 in porcelain chapter ring with repousse center and black Arabic numbers. Typical round French brass movement signed A.D. Mougin, strikes on a coiled gong; in good condition, has some tarnish to the case. 15 in. high x 8 in. wide x 5 in. deep

Viennese Silver & Enamel Figural Clock. Enamel decorated on gilt silver, figure of man playing a violin and standing on an oval base, has a large oval mount on top with figural putti finials centered with a 1Â porcelain dial and spring driven time only movement with cylinder escapement. Figure has repairs to feet, arms and face, case has repair on back side and indents in the sides at the maiden busts, movement not running; no hallmarks visible. 11.25Â high. Weight: 1.0 lbs.
