AbbevilleÂ, has Roman hour numerals on porcelain inserts, incised 5 minute numbers outside with good hands; brass 8 day spring driven movement signed ÂJean Personne, a. AbbevilleÂ, count wheel strike mechanism striking the half hour on a bell in the top of the case. In a beautiful boulle & brass inlaid case with winged putti figure holding a dove, gilt bronze filigree mounts, trim and feet, with a matching bracket shelf. In good overall condition, running, has pendulum, has some typical minor losses to the inlays. 39 in. high x 16 in. wide x 9 in. deep including bracket, clock measures 28 in. high.

In a beautiful boulle & brass inlaid case with gilt bronze filigree mounts, feet, trim and feet, has a matching bracket shelf. In good overall condition, running, missing pendulum, has some typical minor losses to the inlays, hairlines in the dial center and numeral VII. 49 in. high x 17 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep including bracket, clock measures 37 in. high.

Lg. Inlaid Brass & Boulle Bracket Clock. Large 10 in. brass dial has a relief decorated center with filigree and figural chicken, inset porcelain plaques with black hour numerals, incised 60 minute numbers around the outside and large fancy blued hands; brass 8 day spring driven movement has square plates, half hour count wheel strike mechanism with steel bell at the top and fancy brass pendulum bob with portrait and halo. The case has brass and boulle inlaid decoration, seated bronze ormolu figure of a seated Diana at the top, filigree mounts, maidenÂs head corner mounts above the feet, horse drawn chariot with winged cherub on the back door and bronze front door with figural 3 graces spinning, measuring and cutting the threads of time. Signed on a porcelain tag below the dial ÂGaudron MariaÂ, case has many losses and damages to the brass & boulle inlays and a dark overcoated finish, bronze is in good condition, door glass is cracked in 2 places; movement is running and strike mechanism engages though the strike hammer does not operate. 45.5 in. high x 22 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.

French Boulle & Brass Inlaid Bracket Clock. 7.25 in. dia. gilt bronze dial with black incised Roman hour numerals, incised minute numbers, gilt pierced hands, relief center panel with profile portrait of Louis XV and gilt bronze mounts on the velvet back panel signed ÂCoquerel, ParisÂ. Square brass 8 day spring driven movement signed ÂG.V. – 555Â has a Brocot escapement, quarter hour strike on 2 coiled gongs and is in running condition. In a wonderful case with fancy brass filigree inlaid into tortoise shell and bronze mounts, Eight fleur de lis finials and figural horses laying down supporting the case on the base. In very nice condition with a lacquered finish. 28.5 in. high x 19 in. wide x 10 in. deep. Weight: 33.75 lbs.

French Boulle & Brass Inlaid Bracket Clock. 12 in. repousee brass dial has large inset porcelain plaques with black Roman hour numerals, outer inserts with Arabic 5 minute markers, porcelain center signed J. Gudin, A Paris and pierced black hands; has a brass spring driven movement with pin pallet escapement and half hour countwheel strike on a silvered bell, movement signed A.D. Mougin. In a large case with matching hanging shelf bracket and domed top with figural finial, has deep red and black boulle with fancy brass inlays and filigree mounts; the large door has a brass frame with figural brass overlay at the bottom, original door glass and side glasses. Clock is in original finish, has some roughness, loss and pulling to the brass inlays, pendulum is a replacement. The clock is 40 in. high x 21.5 in. wide x 7 in. deep, overall height in the bracket is 58 in.
