Ornate Gothic Revival French Mantel Clock, gilded metal. Exuberantly decorated portico-form clock, an arched skirt decorated with trefoils, set with columns. Size: 10 1/2 x 6 1/4 x 20 1/2 in.

Bronze Gothic Cathedral Silk Thread Mantle Clock. 3.25″ pierced decorated brass dial with black painted Roman hour numerals and pierced decorated hands; round brass 8 day spring driven movement signed “Pons”, has a silk thread suspension and half hour strike on a bell. In a gilt bronze architectural case in the form of a cathedral with bell tower, stall spires, filigree design and relief decorated king and queen figures around the columns. Movement is running and striking, has pendulum, amber glass panel added on the back of the case behind the pendulum bob, has some tarnish to the gilt finish. 17.75″ high x 7″ wide x 4.75″ deep. Weight: 7.75 lbs.

French silk thread gothic cathedral clock with 8-day brass count wheel movement signed "Medaille D'or Pons 1827," striking on a bell, brass case with cast trim, hands are missing, original finish, pendulum and amber glass back panel, runs and stops, strike functional. 18 in. high x 7 in. wide x 4.5 in. deep.

A turn of the century French Gothic Revival Bronze desk clock. 8-day time and strike triple train movement with Angelus Prayer Striking at 6:00 a.m., Noon and 6:00 p.m. (3 single tone sets of three strikes followed by 20 two tone strikes), a convex porcelain dial with Roman numerals and filigree hands. Cast Bronze case features Gothic arches and tracery with Wolves mask and paw feet detail. Minor case wear, movement quite dirty, running momentarily when cataloged. 9 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $400-600
