French Fire-gilt and Alabaster Shelf Clock, Coutre, c. 1810, ormolu and pineapple center finial above the 4-in. dia. roman numeral porcelain dial marked "Coutre a Paris," pierced gilt hands flanked by tapered black veneered stone columns, all resting on an ormolu-mounted base, eight-day time and countwheel strike mechanism with silk thread suspension, marked "Coutre Paris," ht. 18 in.
