Starr has blue Roman hour numerals with floral garland, fancy pierced center and brass bezel; French brass 8 day spring driven movement with half hour strike on a coiled gong, pin pallet escapement and fancy brass 2 jar faux mercurial pendulum. In a brass case with dome top, spelter finials, and figural side supports, curved beveled glass on the front, rear and sides; has a worn gilt finish. Missing rear leg, striking, not running. 16.5 in. high x 10.5 in. wide x 8.5 in. deep. Weight: 18.5 lbs.

French Crystal Regulator w/ Annular Globe. 3.7 in. porcelain dial has black Roman hour numerals and inset moon phase dial; chips in dial below the right arbor hole; has a square brass spring driven movement, strikes on a steel bell, heavy brass pendulum. In a typical brass crystal regulator case with beveled glasses on 4 sides (one with chips); the top of the case is mounted with a terrestrial globe on a brass stand, has an annular chapter ring along the equator and indicator drops down from Paris, France, the globe is signed G.
