French Empire 4 Column Mantle Clock. Mahogany case with 4 columns, gilt brass mounts, capitols and bezel; 4 in. porcelain dial with brass damascened disc in the center signed ÂDennes a ParisÂ, has open moon hands. Typical round brass 8 day spring driven movement with a half hour strike on a bell, has a cast brass faux gridiron pendulum with large portrait and filigree decorated bob. Case has a cleaned and enhanced finish with some repairs to the veneer and corners. 19 in. high x 10 in. wide x 6.25 in. deep.

French Empire 4 Column Mantle Clock. Black marble case with 4 turned marble columns, dore bronze mounts, capitols, feet and filigree bezel; 4 in. dia. damascened brass dial with painted hour numerals and open moon hands, typical round brass spring driven movement with an half hour strike on a bell, nice gridiron pendulum with a heavy dore bob decorated with birds and filigree. Unsigned, in running condition; has some typical minor chipping to the corners of the marble. 19.5 in. high x 10 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

French Empire Period Column Clock with a time and strike movement and a 4″ metal dial. The four column frame is inlaid with a variety of themes concerning hunting. The fancy Dore pendulum has a dolphin and shell motif.

French Empire 4 Column Portico Mantle Clock. Polished gilt brass case with 4 smooth columns, gilt mounts and turned feet, brass bezel with 3.5 in. dial having Roman hour numerals, open moon hands and engraved brass center; brass 8 day spring driven movement is unsigned, half hour strike on a bell and a large quality brass gridiron pendulum. In good condition, case has a cleaned and lacquered finish, pendulum bob has some solder repair, dial has some damage and hairlines, movement is running and striking.17.25 in. high x 8 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
