A 19th Century French Louis XVI style mantel clock in gilt bronze and white marble, with a cherub figural-mounted finial over a porcelain dial signed Hartingue, Paris. 9-3/4in tall x 6in wide x 3-3/4in deep.

French Japy Freres, Oriental Style Clock: the time and bell striking movement is marked Japy Freres & Cie, numbered 4110. the 5″ polished slate dial has John Bolland- St. Louis painted on it along with fancy Roman numerals. The dial’s center is metal with vines and a butterfly. The case is made of slate and brown marble with brass ornaments and scenic metal front plate showing cranes and foliage. It is topped with a mythical animal with curled horns.
(The time of strike needs adjusted. The back access door is a replacement, also its mounting plate.)
