Silvered chapter ring with applied brass Arabic hour numbers, sub seconds dial and moon phase dial, fancy engraved swirling leaf decoration in the center of the dial and spandrels, has fancy pierced black hour and minute hands, sub dials for Chime/Silent & Whittington/Westminster and signed ÂJoseph Jennens, Skinner Street, Clerkenwell, London on the front. Quality 8 day marked ÂMade in England brass movement chimes on 8 silvered tubes and strikes the hour on a ninth, tubes are signed ÂJos. J, LondonÂ, has 3 quality brass weights and pulleys, brass pendulum bob with steel stick. Carved mahogany case Attr: R. J. Horner, has a serpentine form with broken arch crest, winged griffins and swirling leaves on the bonnet, carved lions heads on the corners of the body, with a figural putti on the base and claw feet. In good running condition and beautiful enhanced original finish. 106 in. high x 24 in. wide x 17 in. deep.

Beautiful mahogany Grandfather Clock, dial signed Tiffany & Co., movement attributed to Elliott. 2 weight driven clock with carved top, gold eagle with olive branch and earn finial, 2 brass finials flanking top. Ornate hand painted clock face with knights in gold gilt. Ornate open hands with 2 additional dials (second and day), revolving moon phase dial, clock face is signed Tiffany & Co., beveled glass door, 2 weights, and pendulum. Clock is in working order and measures approx. 94″ high.
