A 19th century Ephraim Downs shelf clock. 30-hour weight driven wooden time and strike movement with painted wooden dial and Roman numerals. Mahogany case with a carved scrolled crest over a door with clear dial glass and mirrored lower flanked by carved foliate pilasters, carved paw feet. Paper label 60% intact. Original finish with some wear, minor damage, running when cataloged. 29 1/4" high. ESTIMATE $300-400

Mahogany case with shaped crown, single long door with lower glass, flanked by turned, Stenciled pilasters. Paper label 80% intact. Refinished with minor wear, repainted columns and restored crown. 31 1/2″ high.

Mahogany case with a shaped crest, single long door with a mirrored lower panel, flanked by full length turned pilasters with stenciled detail, on carved paw feet.
