A late 19th century E. N. Welch "Eclipse" model mantel clock. 8-day time and strike movement with painted metal dial with Roman numerals, fancy pendulum with glass insert. Walnut case with carved crest, single long door with Gold decoration on a molded base. Original finish with wear and some surface grunge, dial wear, running when cataloged. 23" high overall. E.N. Welch Eclipse Calendar Wall Regulator. Original 7 in. paper dial with black Roman hour numerals and 31 date calendar numbers outside, pierced black hands and black painted calendar indicator; brass 8 day single spring driven movement singed E.N. Welch Mfg. Co., Forestville, Ct, has a long wood pendulum stick and a brass covered bob. In a walnut case with carved and incised crest, side corbels and lower bracket, arched top door with original reverse gilt decorated glass which reads ÂEclipse RegulatorÂ. In good condition, has a minor split to one of the crest pieces, enhanced finish. 39 in. high x 15 in. wide x 5.5 in. deep.

Welch. Original finish carved walnut case with pierced crest and incised carving on the sides, has fancy skirts and corbels; gold lettering on the door glass. Note in clock states it has been totally restored. 8 day brass movement, beautiful Eastlake style carved walnut case, restored Boston and Maine reverse painted glass, all around beautiful showpiece clock! Measures approx. 38″ tall x 14 3/4″ wide x 5 1/2″ tall.

Brass movement, spring driven, has count wheel strike mechanism, coiled gong and separate alarm bell with spring. Carved walnut case with arched crest and reverse gilt decorated original door glass; brass pendulum bob with glass insert. Good overall condition with overcoated finish.27 in. high x 14 in. wide.
