Howard & Co., Boston” with black Roman hour numerals and blued spade hands; brass 8 day weight driven time only No. 70 movement signed “E. Howard & Co., Boston” has an ebonized wood pendulum stick with brass covered bob and solid brass pulley with No. 70 iron weight . In a walnut No. 70 wall hanging case with original reverse painted and gold leaf lower tablet. Refinished, replaced pulley, repaired weight damage at the base, minor touchup paint around dial holes; running. 32″ high x 15.5″ wide x 4.75″ deep. Weight: 21.5 lbs.

E. Howard & Co. No. 58 Wall Regulator. Original 12 in. painted metal dial signed “E. Howard & Co., Boston” has black Roman hour numerals; brass 8 day weight driven time only movement signed “E. Howard & Co., Boston” with long silvered wooden pendulum stick, silvered damascened bob, lockdown hardware on the wooden weight baffle, brass pulley and No. 2 iron weight. Damaskeened pendulum bob with wood stick. In a refinished oak case with carved crest, turned finials, carved frieze and corner spandrels around the dial and turned teardrop finials at the base. Dimensions: 63 in. high x 18.25 in. wide x 8 in. deep. Weight: 80.70 lbs.

Boston” has original iron weight, turned silvered wood stick with silvered bob and brass lockdown hardware. In a walnut wall hanging case having turned and carved finials, fluted and carved pediment, turned corner columns on the door with ebonized highlights. Case is in the original finish with wear to the ebonized trim on the wood and a crack in the left side glass. Dimensions: 46 in. high x 15 1/2 in. wide x 7 1/4 in. deep. Weight: 29.10 lbs.
