New York; has a quality brass movement, spring driven with ships bell strike, in good running condition, balance swings freely, movement is signed Chelsea Clock Co. Boston U.S.A and numbered 615434. in a gilt brass case with hinged bezel, case is tarnished. 5 in. dia.

Chelsea Ships Bell Mantle Clock. Silvered dial has a 4 in. chapter ring with black incised Arabic hour numbers, open moon hands, beat regulator and lever for silent-chime, signed Chelsea Ships Bell. Quality brass spring driven movement signed Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, U.S.A. and numbered 852066, lever escapement in good working condition, rack and snail strike mechanism with ships bell strike on a coiled gong. In a gilt brass case with ships wheel around the bezel, in overall good condition, one of the 3 mounts behind dial plate is broken and case has some tarnish to the surface. On a mahogany base with a serpentine form and stands on spherical feet. 8 in. dia. x 10 in. high x 18 in. wide x 3.75 in. deep.

Boston, U.S.A., 314050Â. In a forged brass tub with threaded flanged bezel and a lacquered finish, matching number on the back of the case Â314050; case has some surface tarnish and spotting, in good working condition. 7.5 in. dia. x 3.5 in. deep.
