Brass Cartier Striking Desk Clock. 3.75 in. engraved brass dial signed “Cartier, Striking” has porcelain insets with black Roman hour numerals, black hands, gilt brass corner spandrels and square beveled glass on the front; brass spring driven 11 jewel movement signed “Concord Watch Co., Swiss”, has an hour bell strike. In a brass case with hinged handle, gilt brass trim and turned feet. Front, sides & top are decorated with a red enamel faux tortoise shell pattern. In good condition, strikes, time mechanism is not running. Engraved on the rear door “Sam B.
