Birge & Fuller Double Steeple Mantle Clock. 5.25 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, black spade & pointer hands and open center exposing the escapement; Ives patent pierced brass 8 day movement signed ÂBirge & Fuller, Bristol, Conn., USAÂ, powered by a wagon spring mechanism in the bottom of the case, has an hour strike on a coiled gong and a brass covered pendulum bob. In a mahogany double steeple case with conical turned spire finials, turned bun feet, reverse cut glass and frosted floral basket door glass and lower tablet; signed on a paper label ÂPatent Accelerating Lever Spring  Birge & Fuller, Bristol, Conn.Â. In nice condition and original finish, running. 27.25 in. high x 13.25 in. wide x 4 in. deep. Weight: 14.5 lbs.

Birge & Fuller 8 Day Double Steeple Clock: mahogany and veneer case with signed brass movement and 2 wood fusee cones. Spring driven. There is a good interior label; all 3 glass panes are original. With a 5″ original dial.
(The strike is 6 hours off when it hits the wire gong. There are added holes in the case’s back. The dial has minor paint loss; the wood finish is original and shows some wear and veneer loss on the lower sides. The paint on 2 glass panels have some wear.)

Birge & Fuller Wagon Spring Double Steeple Mantle Clock. Original 5 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals and fancy blued hands; movement has pierced lyre shaped plates, 30 hour spring driven with large iron wagon spring mechanism in the bottom of the case, has an hour strike on a coiled gong and a replaced brass pendulum bob, movement is unsigned. In a mahogany double steeple case having a stepped tower form with conical turned finials and turned feet, reverse painted door glasses one with a fruit basket and one below with birds and filigree, upper door glass is repainted, case has some veneer repair, missing external glue block on the right side behind the finial and is refinished. In running condition. 24 in. high x 12.5 in. wide x 4 in. deep.
