Antique Continental black onyx case mantel clock having a figural lion motif crafted of what appears to be gilt brass. Clad to front with openwork floral brass plate housing a hand painted porcealin plaque depicting a courting couple. Measures approx. 20 1/2" height x 13 1/2" width x 5 1/2" depth. There is a seem on marble stone that top lion is standing on that indicates it may have been repaired at one point in time? We have no key to test the movement.
