Ansonia Mantle Clock – Triumph. 6 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals & open spade hands; brass, 8 day, spring driven movement signed – Sessions Clock Co. Forestville, Conn. – has half hour count wheel strike mechanism, blued coiled gong with gilt iron mount and brass pendulum bob with beat adjustment indicator. In a walnut case having an arched top, scroll carved crest with central maidens head, turned finials over teardrop finials, angled mirrors on the sides with gilt figural winged putti; reverse painted door glass, in good condition, refinished. 24 in. high x 17 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
