German Lenzkirch Quarter Striking Ormolu Mounted Oak Clock, Circa 1885, 6″ brass dial with cast spandrels & silvered chapter ring, 8-day, signed brass quarter striking movement, well appointed solid architectural style oak case, has various cast ormolu decorations, a good looking clock, and very collectible Lenzkirch maker, very good condition with minor losses to cornice, movement complete and in fine working order. Late 19th – Early 20th century Oak case 8-Day wall clock by Junghans, Germany. With octagonal Oak case and circular face. Having a Celluloid dial enameled with Arabic numerals, behind an open escapement with single glass pane. Fit with an 8-Day time and strike movement. Made circa 1890 – 1910. Pendulum is present. Case measures approx. 12-3/4″ diameter and 5″D. Will not ship, we can refer local shippers.
