Ithaca No. 7 Shelf Cottage Walnut Double Dial Calendar Clock. 6 in. paper time dial has black Roman hour numerals, open moon hands and hinged door bezel with glass; brass 8 day spring driven movement has a half hour strike on a coiled gong. Original 8 in. lower calendar mechanism with original labels, dial signed ÂH.B. HortonÂs Patents, Ithaca Calendar Clock Co.Â. In a walnut case with raised panels and pointed crest. (The strike spring is wound tight. The time spring is nearly tight. The case now has a bright finish.)

A 19th century Ithaca Calendar Clock Co. model 7 Cottage wall clock. 8-day spring driven time and strike movement with lower calendar mechanism. Walnut case with pediment top, applied panels and a molded base. Original set up label on back 90%+ intact. Running order, calendar needs adjusting. Old, probably original finish with minor wear, some wear on paper dials, rollers dark. 25″ high.
