A late 19th century Waterbury Clock Co. model 25 Calendar wall clock. 8-day weight driven time and strike movement with dead beat escapement, maintaining power and seconds bit, with a lower calendar mechanism. Oak case with hand carved decoration, shaped crown, single long door and lower gallery. In running order. Older refinishing with minor wear, some dial flakes, replaced weights. 49 1/2″ high. Waterbury No. 25 Double Dial Calendar Wall Clock. 10 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals and 2.5 in. sub-seconds dial, signed Waterbury Clock Co, brass bezels, fancy pierced black hands; weight driven movement has brass pyramidal plates, Graham deadbeat escapement, retaining power, brass pendulum bob with wood stick, enamel beat indicator, brass weights and pulleys, on an iron bracket; lower 10 in. calendar dial has 31 day Arabic numbers and original day & month cylinders, dials have brass bezels. Movements are in good running condition, calendar mechanism is working, has new papers on the cylinders. Mahogany case has original finish and is in good condition, has carved arched crest, side corbels and turned lower crest with teardrop finials. 48.5 in. high

Original 9 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals signed Waterbury Clock Co., fancy pierced hands and sub seconds dial; original 9 in. lower calendar dial has 31 date numbers and open apertures exposing the day and month cylinders. Brass 8 day weight driven time only movement has brass pyramidal plates, Graham deadbeat escapement, brass covered side weights, pendulum has a wood stick and brass bob, lower calendar mechanism is in good working condition with original paper labels on the barrels. In a carved oak case with arched crest, beaded trim, carved side corbels and carved lower bracket with turned cross bar, finials are missing; clock is in very good condition, running and original finish, signed with paper label in the bottom of the case. 49.5 in. high x 19.25 in. wide x 7 in. deep.
