S.B Terry Ladder Movement Miniature Cottage Clock w/ Alarm. 4 in. painted wood dial with black Roman hour numerals and open center exposing the alarm indicator disc; has a brass 30 hour movement with long pierced plates and vertically stacked gears, brass covered pendulum bob, alarm mechanism is attached to the bottom of the time mechanism below the seat-board and strikes on an iron bell in the bottom. In a miniature mahogany cottage style case with tablet reverse decoration in a flowering urn design, case is refinished. 11.25 in. high x 7.25 in. wide x 3.5 in. deep.

Made and Sold in Terrysville, Connecticut by Eli Terry, Jr.” Transition shelf clock with alarm, wooden works, stenciled splat, reverse painted glass, ornate hand painted dial, claw feet. Measures approx. 28″ tall x 16 1/2″ wide x 5 1/2″ deep. Many Eli Terry Clocks which depict a home or building on the reverse painted glass tablet, are actual homes in the Town of Plymouth and surrounding Connecticut towns of the time period.

Wooden works, weight driven, key wind, with pendulum. Measures approx. 31″ tall x 17″ wide x 4 1/2″ deep.
