An early 19th century French Old Paris Porcelain mantel clock. Three section porcelain case with Rococo style body and base surmounted by a figure of lovers in a garden, multicolor hand-painted decoration with Gilded accents, painted mark "M A" at underside. 8-day time and strike movement with silk thread suspension, Brass dial and Roman numerals and cast Gilded bezel. Some surface wear, paint restoration, lacks suspension thread, not running when cataloged. 20 1/4" high. ESTIMATE $1,000-1,500

Rare. The “Paris” model was one of just two models offered by Pequegnat with fine inlaid cases. Dial signed, “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co, Canada”. 6″ x 11″ x 14″. Mahogany case is inlaid at the upper quarter with floral design and the lower quarter is inlaid with an oval fan design. Case features light, uniform craze. The porcelain dial is free of chips, cracks or marks. Mechanism complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.

Canadian. 1910s. Inlaid mahogany. 8-day spring driven time and strike movement. Strikes on a helical gong. The Paris model was one of just two models manufactured by Pequegnat to feature a high quality inlaid case. The other was the larger Winnipeg model. Dial marked, "The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin, Canada" lower edge. Movement stamped. Original finish. Correct pendulum bob. This clock was running at the time of cataloguing, but its service history is unknown. From the Skip Kerr Collection. 14.5"H X 10.75"W X 6.5"D.

A late 19th century Waterbury "Paris" kitchen shelf clock. 8-day time, strike and alarm movement with a papered metal dial and Roman numerals. Walnut case with arched molded crest over a single arched door with stenciled glass flanked by carved ears on a molded base. Partial label on back. Older finish with some wear, dial wear, lacks drop finials, running when cataloged. 23 1/4" high. ESTIMATE $100-150

LeRolle Paris Brass Chiming Bracket Clock and Base: With a T&S movement marked “S. Marti” and incised “LeRolle Fres. Paris” and a brass face with porcelain cartouche numerals and marked “LeRolle Fres. Paris”. In a brass case with glass sides; figural lady corners; a brass base with mask and the pendulum.
(Although the clock is running at this time, the striking arbor is tightly wound.)

Antique French Boulle Shelf Clock, Marc, Paris: porcelain dial marked “Ree Marc a’ Paris”; Roman numerals; time and strike; winged cherub on top with man’s face above dial; leafy sides and feet; movement marked 1945 Rt. Marc, Paris; has pendulum; time and strike; cutout brass overlay with painted and applied pieces depicting 2 flute players.
(No back; front split; some brass and shell inlay missing; top is cracked on both sides.)
