The enameled Metal dial with Arabic numerals, behind a convex glass door. Fit with an 8-Day Time and Strike movement. Case measures approx. 10-3/4″H x 8-3/4″W x 4-5/8″D. Late 19th century Walnut steeple case shelf clock by E.N. Welch Clock Co., Forestville, CT. Done in Gothic Revival style, having a steeple form with two pointed spires. Has a hand-painted Zinc dial with Roman numerals, held behind a double glass panel door with patriotic Eagle & Shield eglomise decoration. Fit with a Time and Strike movement.
