A MISSION PERIOD OAK EIGHT DAY STRIKING CLOCK by the William Gilbert Clock Co., “Rosa” model, the flaring rectangular case surmounted by a crest flanked by shaped corner brackets above a glazed door with red painted “Welcome, Latch String Is Always Out,” opening to gilt metal Arabic chapters in circular dial formation with cut metal hands above a base rail raised on shaped bracket feet.
