Ornate French Slate and Marble Mantel Clock, 1880: With a cathedral gong strike movement. There are incised designs, inlaid and applied marble in brown and black with white veins. It is very nice looking clock.
The clock is running and striking at this time.

French H&F Marble/Slate Mantel Clock: With an 8 day T&S movement marked “H&F Paris, 1878”; a black porcelain dial marked “W. Lamber R.S. Martin No. 32” and with a beveled glass door.
Not tested.
(There is no pendulum or key with the clock. There are small nicks and chips on the edges of the case.)

French Slate and Marble Mantel Clock: With a good porcelain dial and a bell striking movement marked J.W.B. 19171. There are dark green marble highlights decorating the case. Both springs wind smoothly.
Dial – 4″ Diameter; Case – 11″ Tall x 9 5/8″ Wide. (The pendulum has dropped into the case through the small opening and has not been retrieved.)

French Slate and Marble Mantel Clock: The bell striking movement has an “A” over “V” or “V” over “A” trademark in a circle with “Fabque, a partly worn name and Paris along with 2256 around it. The dial has engraved and gilt numbers with a marble center. Standing on fancy claw feet with an urn on the top.
The clock winds OK.
(The pendulum is stuck in the case’s closed-in bottom. The glass in the back access door is cracked.)
