An early 20th century French Bracket wall clock by Vincenti, Paris. 8-day time and strike movement with porcelain dial and Roman numerals. Mahogany Louis XV style case and bracket case with applied Gilded Bronze mounts. Older finish with some wear, hairlines and flakes at winding holes on dial, replaced rear glass loose, running when cataloged. 24″ high overall.

French Boulle & Brass Inlaid Bracket Clock. 12 in. repousee brass dial has large inset porcelain plaques with black Roman hour numerals, outer inserts with Arabic 5 minute markers, porcelain center signed J. Gudin, A Paris and pierced black hands; has a brass spring driven movement with pin pallet escapement and half hour countwheel strike on a silvered bell, movement signed A.D. Mougin. In a large case with matching hanging shelf bracket and domed top with figural finial, has deep red and black boulle with fancy brass inlays and filigree mounts; the large door has a brass frame with figural brass overlay at the bottom, original door glass and side glasses. Clock is in original finish, has some roughness, loss and pulling to the brass inlays, pendulum is a replacement. The clock is 40 in. high x 21.5 in. wide x 7 in. deep, overall height in the bracket is 58 in.

French eight day time and strike pendulum bracket clock with boulle simulated tortoise case and stand, and mounted with gilt-bronze. It has a gilt-bronze dial set with porcelain black on white Roman numerals. 15″ high, 8 1/2″ wide. (Clock is 5.75″w x 4″d) Circa late 19th century. 1983 Appraisal $2,500. French Mahogany Bracket Clock. 5 in. engraved brass dial with black insides Roman hour numerals and minute numbers outside; square brass 8 day spring driven movement signed ÂS. Marti et CieÂ, has half hour strike on a coiled gong, in running condition, has pendulum. In a mahogany case with spiral turned corner columns, faux bell top with figural Frenchman finial, gilt brass corner finials, mounts and feet.
