Figural Malachite Desk Clock. Beautiful malachite case with 22k gold plated on .800 silver mounts, trim and figure of a huntress holding a bow and seated nestled to a deer which is laying down; 2.25 in. applied brass dial with white enamel highlights around the Roman hour numerals, has a brass bezel with beveled square crystal. 8 day spring driven 7 jewel movement signed ÂLooping, SwissÂ, has a lever escapement and is running. Case has a stress crack in the right side. Clock is mid- late 20th C. 10.25 in. high x 6 in. wide x 3 in. deep.

French Japy Freres Marble Clock with Malachite Inlay, Circa 1895, 4″ white enamel dial with minor flaking near wind holes, 8-day, signed brass movement, Chas. Eastlake inspired case with incised gilt decorations & green malachite panels, overall in need of a good cleaning, very good working condition with normal wear. Height 8 1/2″.

L Marti & Cie French Slate/Malachite Clock: 8 day T & S; with a black open escapement dial with paginated bezel and beveled glass; in a slate case with 5 inlaid malachite stone ornaments; there is a presentation plaque on the lower front that reads “Mr. John Brown on his wedding day 1877”; with pendulum.

Figural Glass Desk Clock. 2 in. paper dial with black hour numbers and pierced hands with brass bezel; has a brass time only spring driven movement with lever escapement, in running condition. Molded green glass case has a polished and satin finish with figural maidens kneeling with their backs against the clock tower, in good condition with no breaks, cracks, chips or losses to the case. 7 in. high x 6 in. wide x 2.75 in. deep.

Figural Putti Novelty Desk Clock w/ Alarm. Gilt brass figure of a seated putti on a plinth and white marble base, holding the clock drum above his head; has a 2 in. porcelain dial with black Roman hour numerals and 5 minute numbers outside, dial signed Le Marais, Paris. Spring driven movement has silvered plated lever escapement, 22 jewels and signed Brevete, France, et Etranger. Seperate alarm indicator hand which strikes on a small bell inside of the case. Movement is running, case is in good condition with a nice clean gilt polished finish. 7 in. high.

Figural Lion Desk Clock. 2.5 in. porcelain dial with black hour numbers, black hands and brass bezel with beveled crystal; small round spring driven fuse watch-type movement signed ÂCranbrook, London, No. 1729Â, has fancy engraving, pierced decorated bridge and turned pillars. Movement is contained in a brass tub mounted on a saddle on the top of the spelter lionÂs back, has an eagle finial and mounted on a kidney shaped walnut base; the back cover of the case has a round hand painted panel with scene of a young woman standing in a field, the reverse of the panel has a second painting depicting an erotic scene of a the woman nude in the bushes and accompanied by a man. Nice overall condition, tip of lionÂs tail is missing, no hairlines in the dial, movement is running. 9.5 in. high x 8 in. wide x 3.75 in. deep. Weight: 3.25 lbs.

A Belgian slate or black marble case mantel clock featuring inlaid malachite spandrels and medallions outlined in incised gold leaf decoration, with a round porcelain dialed outside escapement clockworks of French origin. Ca 1875. 13 3/4″ X 15″ X 7″. Strikes on a bell.
