Jerome mantel clock with papier mache front having an eagle at the top with mother of pearl and painted accents, original painted dial and 30-hour lever escapement movement are signed "Jerome," time and alarm movement runs a few seconds before stopping, alarm functions, hands are not original. 16 in. high x 11 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

E.N. Welch wall clock with painted black papier mache front with mother-of-pearl and original tole painting, portrait of a dog in the lower section, 8-day brass time and bell strike movement, movement mounting blocks and movement look to be original, epoxy has been added to tighten the mounting, dial is repainted and signed "E.N. Welch Forestville CT," original brass bezel and glass with small crack at 11 o'clock, running and striking. 31 in. high x 19 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

Openwork brass gothic motif plates, pierced silvered chapter ring dial with hand painted Roman numerals, fusee drive chain replaced with stranded wire, white marble base and flat oval glass dome. Passing strike only. Measures 17.75 x 11 x 7 inches.

English John Johnson, Grays Inn Passage Rare Ebonized Balloon Bracket Clock, Circa 1790, 7″ silvered engraved dial, 8-day, engraved fusee movement, a great early clock style originally designed in 1765 by LaRoix, quite rare & pictured in many of the books on early English clocks, finish & movement brackets & dial restored, otherwise very good condition. Height 21″.
