Biedermeier Weight Driven Hanging Regulator Clock. 7 in. porcelain dial with black painted Roman hour numerals, pierced black hands and gilt engine turned bezel; 8 day weight driven time only movement has pyramidal brass plates, deadbeat escapement, brass weight & pulley, brass covered pendulum bob swings on a long silvered pendulum rod. In a mahogany case with satinwood inlaid borders, glasses on the front door and sides; original finish. Case has minor chips & dings, dial has some inpainting and a small hairline at 12 oÂclock. 37.5 in. high x 11.5 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

Elmer O. Stennes 1 Only Oak Weight Driven Wall Clock. Original 7 in. painted metal dial signed “Elmer O. Stennes No. 1” & “M.C.I. Plymouth, 1972” (Massachusetts Correctional Institute), has black Roman hour numerals and brass open moon hands; brass 8 day weight driven time only movement signed “Elmer O. Stennes, Mass.” has a long steel pendulum rod with brass covered bob, brass lock-down hardware on the painted wood weight baffle, brass pulley and lead stamped No. “8” weight. In a beautiful oak case with overhanging cornice top, round glass over the dial, original reverse painted red, black and gold leaf throat glass and tablet glass exposing the pendulum bob; case is stamped “1 Only, M.C.I.P., 1972” (Massachusetts Correctional Institute in Prison). In excellent condition and original finish, movement is running. This clock was given by Elmer Stennes to his wife Phyllis Means Stennes as a one of a kind piece under the promise that she would never sell it; the clock was then sold to the consignor, the second owner, by Mrs. Stennes in an effort to help raise money to pay for the treatment of her gunshot wounds. 28 in. high x 11.5 in. wide x 5.5 in. deep.

German Weight Driven Vienna Regulator. 7 in. inset porcelain dial has black Roman hour numerals, fancy hands, filigree decorated gilt brass bezel and signed H. Gibel, Wien; brass weight driven 8 day time only movement with single brass covered weight, brass covered pendulum bob and ebonized wood stick. In a small size serpentine pierced carved walnut case with fancy crest and side carvings, turned finial and teardrop finial on the lower bracket, highlighted with a rosewood back board, lower bracket and rosewood grained sides; case is refinished, in good condition. 36 in. high x 14.5 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
